Christopher Brian Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious Accounts Manager for a well‑established Brighton practice. You will manage a varied client portfolio, oversee accounts and tax work, and develop relationships with clients and the wider team.

This is a genuine pathway to partnership and ownership, with hybrid hours and a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with Partners, coach juniors, and help develop the practice for long‑term success.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA qualification or QBE.
• Experience in UK accountancy practice.
• Confidence in managing own client portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships and act as main contact.
• Review statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Provide proactive accounting and business advice to clients.
• Coach junior staff and support Partners with complex work.
• Support practice development and potential ownership trajectory.
