Robert Half are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant in Swindon.

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments?

We have an exciting temporary opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy and dynamic team, based in Swindon.

This role is full-time, 5 days on-site, for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Support Credit Control functions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and resolving outstanding balances.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations in a busy work environment.

Assist with various ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Credit Control.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

A proactive and organised individual with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
