Job Description

We are seeking a talented qualified Accountant with relevant experience in an accountancy practice setting to join our team in Beaconsfield. The role involves providing clients with efficient services, managing resources, and performing work within the portfolio. You will liaise with other departments, assist in administration tasks, and ensure smooth department operations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Completing complex unaudited statutory accounts including corporation tax calculations.
  • Preparing management accounts and VAT returns for your clients.
  • Setting budgets with awareness of clients’ business impacts.
  • Providing advice and solutions to clients’ accounting queries.
  • Training and supervising junior team members.
  • Ensuring clients receive proactive and efficient service, exceeding expectations.
  • Liaising with Clients, Partners, and staff to keep everyone updated.
  • Assisting in proposals for new work and developing opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA).
  • Experience in preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurial, OMB, and SME clients.
  • Business development skills and knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Cost monitoring and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
