Job summary

Eden Motor in Reading is seeking an accurate and organised Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts department at Eden Reading Vauxhall. You will process purchase ledger invoices, check supplier statements and raise bank payments.

Previous experience in an accounts department is essential; motor retail experience and Keyloop knowledge are preferred, with full training provided. We offer a competitive salary and Eden benefits including holiday, discounts, and pension.

We are looking for an accurate and organised team player with an eye for detail to work in our busy accounts department at Eden Reading Vauxhall. The role will involve processing purchase ledger invoices and credit notes, checking supplier statements, raising bank payments, processing and allocating daily receipts, assisting with credit control, filing, assisting with inter-company recharges and assisting with day to day enquires. Previous experience within an accounts department is essential and motor retail experience as well as Keyloop knowledge would be preferred, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
