Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: London
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (in-office)
About Us:We are a growing property company based in London, specialising in property management, development, and investment. With a strong reputation for professionalism and service, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team.
Role Overview:As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Support bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Help prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding financial queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (property sector experience is a plus)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
