As an Accounts Assistant, you will be an integral part of the finance department, supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Address queries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
About You:
At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
