Overview

A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Plymouth is seeking an Accounts and Audit Senior to join the team. This key mixed role covers audit, accounts and wider service provision to support the managerial/partner group, with genuine progression opportunities within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of year end accounts for clients across varied industries and turnover ranges.
• Participate in audits with scope to develop and build experience in this area.
• Develop and manage client relationships, taking on increasing portfolio and management responsibility.
• Contribute to wider advisory/business services and deliver project work as you develop within the firm.
• Support and mentor junior staff as appropriate in a developing career within the practice.

Profile / Qualifications

• Studying, part qualified or newly qualified across AAT, ATT, ACA or ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience in accounts, audit and general accountancy practice service delivery to sole traders, partnerships and limited company clients, within a UK practice environment.

Job Offer

Circa £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on background, experience and level of right professional, plus benefits. Hybrid and flexible working hours are available.
