We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the construction sector for an experienced and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Duties:
  • Processing timesheets
  • Using Sage Accounts software (experience required)
Administrative Duties:
  • Contract costing and data input
  • General filing and document management
  • Day-to-day office support
  • Supporting project administration and record keeping
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in accounts and administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Sage Accounts software
  • Background in the construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Highly organised and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
