Job summary

Blinkhorns is recruiting a Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of entertainment-focused clients. You will work with Partners and Managers, combining technical accounting with client relationship management and team leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The role covers tax and accounting across UK entities, MTD compliance, and supervision of junior staff, with progression opportunities within a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with experience as an Accounts Senior.
• Strong technical ability and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients across levels of organisation.

Responsibilities

• Review sole trader accounts, mainly entertainment-based clients.
• Prepare personal tax returns for sole traders and company directors.
• Manage Making Tax Digital (MTD) returns for a portfolio.
• Assist with overseas tax compliance work.
• Oversee preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 105.
• Review corporation tax returns and ensure timely delivery.
