Austin Rose is recruiting a Senior Accountant for a leading mid-tier firm in Central London. You will manage a high-profile portfolio across media, TV, film, and creative sectors, with direct partner exposure and a clear path to Manager.

The role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working with one day from home, generous annual leave, and fully funded professional subscriptions (ICAEW/ACCA). You will mentor a 16-person team and deliver expert accounting and tax services.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with UK practice experience.
• Experience managing a high-profile client portfolio across media and entertainment sectors.
• Strong technical accounting and tax advisory skills.
• Mentoring and supervising a sizeable accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation, finalisation and review of corporate accounts and tax returns.
• Prepare complex personal tax returns and oversee statutory filings with Companies House and HMRC.
• Provide technical tax research and client advisory with Partners and Managers.
• Supervise and mentor a 16-person team of accountants and trainees.
• Manage key client relationships and handle day-to-day accounting and advisory queries.
• Utilise CCH Accounts Production and Xero to deliver high-efficiency reporting.
