Job summary

Legora is seeking a seasoned accountant-turned-solution-architect to drive client success. You will partner with firms to rethink audit work with AI, embed Legora into daily engagements, and deliver education that unlocks measurable value.

Ideal candidates have leading-firm ACA/ACCA/CA qualifications, strong accounting workflow knowledge, and a passion for technology. Expect a dynamic mix of advisory and product collaboration across global clients.

Qualifications

• ACA/ ACCA/ CA or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows.
• Curiosity about technology and AI.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with partners, product managers and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and judgement.
• Ability to build credibility quickly with senior practitioners.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with multiple engagements.
• Bias for action and willingness to experiment and learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships and solving complex challenges.
• Support GTM and Customer Success through the sales process from pilots to firm-wide adoption.
• Design practical solutions to accounting workflows, embedding Legora in engagements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and training for accounting professionals.
• Guide clients through applying generative AI in accounting work and related compliance.
• Advocate for the customer within Legora, informing roadmap priorities.
• Develop playbooks and knowledge resources to improve delivery as we scale.
