This site is an International Centre of Excellence in composite wing structure design and production, manufacturing composite wing spars and Fixed Trailing Edge assemblies for some of the world's most popular aircraft.

Following an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Accounting team within the Finance department. The role involves financial accounting, transaction processing, and providing analysis and insight to support financial management across actuals, forecast, and budget.

After training, the role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week at home.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to obtain an ACCA qualification funded by GKN upon completing a successful probation.

What You Will Do

The role involves partnering with functions within your responsibility area to drive on-site performance through robust financial information and accountability for improvement. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and booking financial data for accurate P&L and balance sheet reflection
  • Providing business partnering, insight, analysis, and reporting to site functions
  • Supporting financial planning and budgeting
  • Providing reporting and analysis
  • Reconciling and understanding balance sheet positions, minimizing aged or judgmental items
  • Adhering to financial governance and supporting audits

Full training will be provided for suitable candidates, regardless of prior experience.
