Mulberry Recruitment Ltd in Wokingham is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to support accountancy customers using our fintech software. You will use your accounting knowledge to resolve queries while collaborating with the support team.

The role involves mentoring juniors, developing training materials, and working with product and QA teams on improvements and updates. We value proactive communicators with knowledge of accounting principles and UK tax.

Competenze

• A degree in Accountancy or a related subject.
• At least 6 months’ customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping.
• An understanding of UK tax and self-assessment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in software and technology.

Customer Support Consultant – Accountancy
Location: Wokingham
Salary: Up to £24,800

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech software company, supporting accountancy customers who use their software. You’ll be using your accounting knowledge to help customers resolve queries, while also working closely with the wider support team and helping to develop junior team members.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and using their accounting knowledge in a more customer-focused and technology-driven environment.

A few key areas of the role include:

• Providing second-line support to accountancy customers via telephone and email
