Bishop Fleming LLP in Cheltenham is seeking an exceptional Accountancy & Advisory Partner to drive growth, lead the Cheltenham team and shape the firm's presence in Gloucestershire. You will work closely with the Partners to deliver proactive, relationship-led advisory services to corporate clients and to expand the client portfolio in the region.

You should be ACA/ACCA qualified, a proven business developer and a capable people manager with a strategic mindset.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in a business services environment is essential.
• Strong network in Gloucestershire and surrounding regions is highly desirable.

• Lead the Cheltenham team and coach staff to reach potential and succession plans.
• Build strong relationships with owner-managed businesses and ensure quality advisory services.
• Drive business development to win new client work and grow the portfolio in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire.
• Monitor market developments to retain competitiveness and improve service delivery.
• Shape and deliver strategic growth plans for the Cheltenham office and wider Accountancy & Advisory service line.
