Bishop Fleming LLP in Cheltenham is seeking an Accountancy Partner to lead our expanding Accountancy & Advisory team. You will drive growth, nurture key client relationships, and shape the future of our Cheltenham office while delivering proactive, advisory services.

As a strategic leader with ACA/ACCA credentials, you will grow the client base, mentor the team, and collaborate with partners to execute our regional and national growth plans across Gloucestershire and beyond.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) in business services.
• Strong business developer who builds local networks.
• Ability to win new client work and grow a portfolio.
• Commercial-minded leader who identifies opportunities and builds relationships.
• People manager who develops and coaches teams.
• Driven to contribute to growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cheltenham team and coach staff toward succession.
• Build and maintain relationships with owner-managed and local clients.
• Drive business development to grow the client portfolio.
• Win new client work and expand our Cheltenham presence.
• Monitor market developments to stay competitive.
• Help shape strategic growth plans for the office and service line.
