As a strategic leader with ACA/ACCA credentials, you will grow the client base, mentor the team, and collaborate with partners to execute our regional and national growth plans across Gloucestershire and beyond.
About this opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Partner to join our expanding Accountancy & Advisory team in Cheltenham. As Bishop Fleming continues its ambitious growth journey, we have a clear aspiration to become a leading national accountancy and advisory firm. Cheltenham is a strategically important market within those plans and, following the significant success we have already achieved in the region, we are looking for an exceptional individual to help further develop our presence, reputation and market share across Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. Within this role, you will be encouraged to identify potential improvements and contribute ideas that will not only help shape the future strategy of our Cheltenham and Gloucestershire Business Unit but also our Accountancy & Advisory service line firmwide. You will need to be a strategic thinker and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing new business opportunities through leveraging your network and building trusted client relationships. We are open to receiving applications from individuals currently working within industry who are keen to return to a practice environment. Working closely with our Partners, you will look to grow the portfolio of clients and seek to improve the overall client service delivery and experience, whilst helping us achieve our ambitious long-term growth plans.
