JLL is seeking an Account Technology Director in London to lead technology strategy for Work Dynamics accounts. You will drive adoption of innovative tech, manage a diverse team, and partner with internal and client teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will guide data analytics initiatives, oversee project portfolios, and ensure security and compliance in all technology activities. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology strategy with data analytics focus.
• Proven leadership in matrixed organizations and complex engagements.
• Understanding of contracts (MSAs, SOWs, subcontracts, KPIs) to protect business interests.
• Experience with data analytics techniques and tools for actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across levels.
• Experience working with diverse technologies, platforms, and dev methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and security regulations related to technology and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy to support account operations.
• Lead adoption of technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
