Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Director, EMEA Data Centers based in London to act as the senior technical authority for data center project delivery across the region. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, set governance standards, and partner with the EMEA Head of Data Centers to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery across hyperscale and colocation engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline.
• Chartered status (e.g. MRICS, CEng) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop data center technical delivery framework across EMEA.
• Provide direct technical oversight on complex data center projects from feasibility to energization.
• Lead technical risk reporting and governance for regional portfolios.
• Maintain deep expertise in hyperscale and colocation data center design and commissioning.
