Caraffi in London is seeking an account specialist to drive strategic talent acquisition and manage complex client and supplier relationships. You will streamline the hiring process for contract staff, coordinate interviews, and negotiate rates to align with market benchmarks.

Daily duties include managing onboarding, offboarding, and end-to-end recruitment cycles while ensuring excellent customer service and SLA compliance. A proactive, communicative professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a proven recruiter with hands on delivery background.
• Proven track record in exceptional account delivery.
• Deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing and candidate management.
• Good understanding of IR35 and NPW legislation.
• Experienced recruitment background with knowledge of corporate services roles.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to SLAs and managing key customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage the vacancy fulfilment process from requisition creation to candidate start of assignment.
• Screening to ensure only high-quality résumés are forwarded to the customer.
• Coordinate candidate interview process on behalf of hiring managers.
• Negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates and job criteria.
• Confirm assignment logistics between hiring manager and supplier.
• On-board and manage all onboarding activities for timely start dates.
• Ongoing worker management including end date and assignment negotiations.
• Handle off-boarding activities in a timely manner.
• Main point of contact and maintain supplier relationships.
• Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional rapport and ongoing contact with customers and suppliers.
• Be a cooperative team member to ensure high level of service.
• Identify service delivery issues and provide timely solutions.

You will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process of contract employees, managing day to day account activities, ensuring outstanding customer service and managing relationships between the customer (hiring managers) and the approved vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the vacancy fulfilment process from requisition creation to candidate start of assignment
• Exercise screening techniques that ensure only high-quality résumés are forwarded to the customer for review
• Coordinate the candidate interview process on behalf of the hiring managers
• Successfully negotiate the bill rates to ensure they are aligned with current market rates and closely related to the necessary job criteria
• Confirm assignment logistics between hiring manager and supplier regarding the contractors’ assignment information (i.e., start and end date, location, rates, hours, etc.)
• Manage and facilitate all on-boarding activities to ensure timely start dates
• On-going worker management including end date and assignment negotiations
• Manage and facilitate all off-boarding activities in timely manner
• Act as the main point of contact and maintain all supplier relationships
• Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve programme related issues
• Appropriately manage the customer and supplier relationship by building a professional rapport, following up consistently, and by maintaining ongoing contact and communication
• Act as a cooperative and contributing team member to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to both customers and suppliers
• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions

About you

• Experience as a proven recruiter with hands on delivery background
• A proven track record in exceptional account delivery
