Responsibilities

• Setting up customer buy sheets and collating data to support order creation.
• Entering and updating order details in internal systems including SAP.
• Coordinating with logistics to monitor deliveries and flag potential delays.

• Refreshing stock reports and tracking sold-out styles for review.
• Sending out and managing return of samples for customer meetings.
• Running weekly critical path reports and supporting trading updates.

• Coordinating with logistics to monitor deliveries and flag potential delays

• Liaising with finance to resolve any invoice queries
