Job summary

Synergy Plus Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking an Account Manager to handle inquiries, broker commercial finance solutions and develop new business opportunities.

You will build strong relationships with customers, brokers and introducers, qualify requirements, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM. A strong sales background, especially in financial services, is advantageous. Basic salary £24,000–£26,000 with uncapped commission (OTE uncapped).

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing customer enquiries from initial contact to completion.
