Sales Account Manager at PHMG

As a Sales Account Manager at PHMG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class customer experience for our clients through the seamless integration of our cloud-based phone solutions. Your primary focus will be on newly onboarded clients, aiming to enhance their operational efficiency and elevate customer interactions by introducing our innovative 'Complete Caller Experience' service. Your responsibilities extend beyond account management; you will strategically position our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and maximize the potential of their communication infrastructure.

Your role is crucial in shaping the client's journey with us. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will instill a sense of value and anticipation in our clients, fostering a partnership-oriented relationship from the outset.
