Account Manager - Acute Therapies - Central London

Our client is a vital organ therapy company on a mission to extend lives and expand possibilities for patients and care teams everywhere. Their goal is to achieve greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration for care teams, and longer, fuller lives for patients.

They are seeking a talented Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) products within their Acute Therapies division, covering Central London.

You will collaborate with NHS customers to improve patient outcomes through change management and efficient patient pathways. This will involve facilitating quality improvement programmes that deliver real value.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Presenting clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to decision makers and stakeholders within ICU and the healthcare sector
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing territory business plans aligned with the national strategy
  • Maximising growth opportunities through portfolio selling and positioning products according to clinical preferences
  • Building collaborative relationships to defend existing business through customer support, service, and differentiating solutions both clinically and financially
  • Negotiating transparent pricing to secure long-term, profitable, and sustainable sales and market presence
  • Contributing to tender management, including pre-tender activities, submissions, and post-tender follow-up
  • Adapting flexibly to an evolving external environment and internal priorities

We seek someone with ICU experience and capital equipment/device sales experience. You will join a highly collaborative team working alongside clinical specialists leading expertise in customer support.
