Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Customer Service within fresh produce or FMCG.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret sales and financial data.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven relationship-building ability with customers and suppliers.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial and operational aspects of the key retail account.
• Be the main day-to-day contact for the account and coordinate with growers.
• Balance supply, customer requirements and commercial objectives to meet targets.
• Monitor volumes, sales, profitability and service levels; manage forecasts and waste.
