MorePeople is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing fresh produce business in Kent, managing a key retail account across stone fruit and kiwi. You’ll sit at the heart of the relationship between customers, growers and internal teams, ensuring supply runs smoothly while growing the category and developing new products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or Customer Service within fresh produce, food or FMCG.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with sales and financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative with a high level of organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial and operational aspects of the key retail account.
• Build strong customer relationships and balance supplier needs with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with growers to deliver against customer requirements and drive profitability.
• Support pricing, promotions and supply negotiations; monitor service levels and forecasts.
• Identify growth opportunities through market insights and contribute to NPD and category plans.
