Account Manager - Fragrance (Multi-Brand)

Location: John Lewis, High Wycombe

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet targets and uphold customer service standards.
• Plan and execute customer events to enhance brand equity.
• Develop relationships with mobile consultants and the wider Coty team.
• Build relationships with customers to influence and upsell.
• Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments including Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, and Regional Teams.

As an Account Manager, you will manage a stand-alone account, working closely with colleagues who are fragrance experts. You should be passionate, positive, and ambitious to succeed.
