Job Summary:

This is a hybrid role involving both field and desk-based activities across Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, and Leeds, with a 40% travel requirement. You will identify and pursue strategic new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and cultivate referral networks and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing merchants to understand their needs and expand their usage of our products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Achieve revenue targets and KPIs such as Net Revenue Growth and Account Retention.
  • Sell a defined portfolio of PayPal products to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to attract new users and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Professional, organized, and motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-focused with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development; payment industry experience is a plus.
