About the Role:

As the Account Manager, you will focus on developing new business and managing client relationships within the live events and AV industry. You will work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the live events and AV sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Present products and services to clients to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to meet business targets.
  • Ensure quality control and equipment specifications across projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work when required.
  • Achieve KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
