About the Role:
As the Account Manager, you will take charge of developing new business, focusing on live events and AV solutions. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and account transitions. This role involves working closely with sales and operational teams to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in live events and AV sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach and secure new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Pitch products and services to expand the company's reach.
  • Support the team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Ensure quality control across projects, meeting equipment specifications.
  • Be flexible with weekend working when required.
  • Meet KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
