About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will focus on generating new business during quieter periods, especially in the IT/Networks sectors like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operational teams to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events such as festivals, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Develop strategies to reach and secure new clients effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value.
  • Present products and services to both new and existing clients to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Support the Partnerships Director in achieving targets and contributing to overall company growth.
  • Ensure quality control by meeting equipment specifications across projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work as needed to meet business demands.
  • Achieve set KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
