Job Title: Client Services Manager (Digital)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Hybrid - Based at our Fulham HQ/ 1 day remote

Note: Please note the REQUIRED skills/experiences we have listed on this description. If you do not have these listed in your application we won’t be able to take your application further.

About Us:

Welcome to 303, the creative performance agency for premium and luxury brands. Over recent years we've evolved into a full-service digital powerhouse, with an in-house creative team and a digital performance squad that work in harmony to fuel growth for our partners. At 303, we don't just offer services, we build solutions.

Whether you're a strategist, a designer, a developer, or a marketer, you'll find a home here. We believe in nurturing talent, fostering growth and innovation, and putting our team members first.

If you're looking for a place where you can bring your whole self to work, push the boundaries of creativity and technology, and collaborate with a diverse team of passionate professionals, you've come to the right place.

We are proud of the team we have been building, but we also know that we are focused on working at the highest level we can, with each of our teams pushing each other to find new standards.

Our Values:

  • Break boundaries as one.
  • We make mistakes, but we learn from them.
  • Do hard things.
  • Empathy.

Role Purpose:

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of several high-profile accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class strategy and performance across both organic and paid media channels.

You’ll work closely with our internal specialists to drive growth, track and report on KPIs, and identify opportunities to evolve and expand your clients’ creative performance activity.

This role is perfect for someone who has already spent a couple of years in a digital marketing agency environment and is now looking to step up into a more autonomous, client-facing role with premium and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of client work across organic social, paid social, and paid search
  • Own key KPIs for each account, ensuring performance targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within your portfolio, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media buying) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support commercial growth
  • Lead client reporting, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Support across internal operations where needed
  • Create, manage, and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met, both internally and for our clients. You’ll be responsible for building and overseeing your own delivery schedules, while clearly communicating progress and updates to both internal teams and clients.
  • Act as a brand guardian. You’ll be expected to deeply understand each client’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and preferences, knowing the dos and don’ts inside out. It’s your responsibility to ensure all work aligns with these standards before anything is shared with the client.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is confident in giving constructive feedback. You’ll be speaking on behalf of the client, so it’s essential you can review work objectively and deliver feedback on agreed briefs with clarity and conviction.
  • Great at upward management: An individual who has awareness of how to upward manage their line manager and can teach these skills to their team.
  • Time Management: We don’t want our team to be working 24/7, and we are focused on building operations that avoid this. However, we want someone who can also manage their time well.
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
  • A commercial eye – able to spot opportunities for growth within your accounts
  • Experience working with or a strong interest in premium and luxury brands
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency (Required)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across organic social, paid social (Meta, TikTok), and paid search (Google Ads). (Desired)
  • Awareness or an interest within premium and luxury industries. (Required)

Company Benefits:

  • Birthdays off
  • Health insurance
  • Dog-friendly workplace
  • Free meals on Fridays
  • Non-deductible half hay holiday a month for life admin
  • 1 x Added Holiday day for every year worked at 303
