Role: Account Manager, Communications - Motorsport

Location: London

Introduction:

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a sports agency seeking a skilled communications and PR professional to lead global sponsorship activation programmes in Formula 1. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across PR, media relations, content creation, and live event delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of sponsorship activations in F1
• Create and execute PR campaigns, press materials, and media kits
• Lead media relations, including outreach and event support
• Support talent and influencer management
• Contribute to creative ideation and campaign planning
• Oversee content production across digital, social, and traditional formats
• Represent the brand on-site at global events

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in motorsport communications or sponsorship activation
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of F1 media landscape and brand communications
• Confident managing clients, media, and internal teams
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Willing to travel globally and work some weekends
• Additional language skills a plus
