Givenchy Beauty & Fragrance Account Manager - H-Beauty Bristol

37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

1. To achieve the brand sales targets
2. To proactively sell across all 3 product categories, increasing ATV and IPT
3. Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product
4. Inspire our customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling whilst providing outstanding customer service
5. Approach guests and build genuine connections
6. Keep up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas
7. Maintain store standards including stock management and visual merchandising
8. Be a Givenchy Ambassador with a can-do attitude and high grooming standards
9. Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings
10. Build effective in-store relationships
11. Proactively drive the business via return appointments and in-store events
12. Previous experience as a Manager is essential
