Job Description:

Kingdom Services Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our Kingdom People Team. The role is suitable for an experienced account coordinator ready for the next step.

Location: Bristol area, with travel to nearby sites required.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, or as per business needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruiting temporary workers in an abattoir environment (pork) according to client requirements.
  • Managing KPIs daily in line with SLA.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Daily reporting (absence, recruitment, leavers) to site and management.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required.
  • Managing workload to meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager or Contract Coordinator.
  • Results-oriented with growth ambitions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Process and compliance driven.
  • Driven to advance strategic projects daily.

Driving license and access to own vehicle are required due to the role’s nature.
