My client is a leading software company experiencing rapid, continuous growth. As part of their expansion, they’ve created a dedicated Renewals Team to support and retain their growing client base. The Role:

As a Renewals Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline of existing clients in the final four months of their contract. Your goal is to build strong relationships, understand their experience with the product, handle any objections, and successfully resign them onto a new plan or renewal of their existing service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in renewals or account management
  • Ability to manage a high volume of client accounts
  • Confident handling objections and overcoming challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
