Lorien's client, an independent media agency who regularly win awards for being one of the top-rated employers in the UK, are currently recruiting a Account Manager (Audio-Visual) to join their AV team.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who allow you to be creative, coming up with innovative plans and strategies for your clients in an agile environment, avoiding the typical restrictions you may find working for some larger agencies.

The prospective individual should be enthusiastic and capable of inspiring clients to have confidence in exceptional broadcast strategies, which include custom video purchases, significant brand initiatives, and performance-driven campaigns for some of our most dynamic clients. They should possess the ability to achieve outstanding audit outcomes while sustaining positive rapport with television networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with internal teams to deliver robust and lucid recommendations, reports, and analyses for TV, VOD, YouTube, and Sponsorship campaigns.
  • Comprehensive management and supervision of accounts. Oversee overall performance and adherence to core deals, audit standards, recipe positions, and financial objectives; possess the assurance to guide and bolster the broader team, department, and agency as needed.
  • Aid team members with routine tasks and growth, exemplifying best practices in campaign monitoring and ensuring adherence to necessary metrics.
  • Establish solid relationships with top media proprietors, employ refined negotiation skills to secure client value and strive for a competitive edge in a demanding market.
  • Collaborate with the team leader, serving as a pivotal contact for both clientele and internal teams.
  • Cultivate a profound comprehension of the clients' operations and foster robust relationships with the client and principal stakeholders. Be a reliable authority, adept at steering communications and leading presentations.

Experience required:

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years broadcast experience, whether internal or through agency, who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in planning TV and online video for a variety of clients.
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking and devising inventive solutions to briefs.
  • Skills in both written and oral presentations.
