Job summary

Bunzl Greenham in the Midlands is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage customer relationships in the Midlands territory. This field-based role gives you ownership of your client base, the opportunity to win new business, and to deliver the high levels of service Bunzl is known for.

You’ll work in a performance-driven environment, build lasting customer relationships, and benefit from a package including salary of £35,000, bonus and a company car.

• Proven experience in field sales or account management.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and support colleagues with larger accounts
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
• Monitor sales performance and provide monthly reports on key performance indicators
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information
• Visit customers regularly to provide quotes, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction

The Role
