Job Opportunity: Account Manager in Financial Services

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in the financial services industry!

Are you a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in the effective operation of their servicing team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling all calls, posts, and emails effectively, ensuring funds are allocated to the appropriate accounts. You will also assist the senior servicing manager in maintaining the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, office-based only

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking calls from customers and assisting with loan administration and queries.
• Managing the servicing portfolio across all product lines.
• Interacting with customers daily, gathering information, and negotiating payment plans.
• Checking and actioning accounts in credit at month-end.
• Processing monthly refunds from the finance team.

Qualifications and Benefits:

Prior experience in the financial services industry or arrears management is required. The role offers an annual salary ranging from £26,000 to £32,000, along with perks such as casual Fridays and well-being support.
