Job summary

Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd in Wadebridge seeks an Account Manager to be the first contact for property owners, helping optimise holiday homes and ensuring memorable guest experiences. The role includes participation in an on-call rota and handling urgent guest issues.

You will build relationships with owners, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with Property Services, Quality & Revenue teams to improve performance and compliance. On-site office in Wadebridge.

Qualifications

• Customer service or customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• IT literacy, especially MS Office.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Bonus points if you have travel or hospitality experience, knowledge of the local area and previous phone and face-to-face customer service experience.

Salary:Up to £25,000 per annum

Hours:Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am–5.30pm, with a day off in the week) + on-call rota cover

Location:Our friendly Rock, Wadebridge office

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Account Manager to join our busy John Bray, Rock team. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners, helping them get the most from their holiday homes while ensuring holidaymakers have a seamless, memorable experience. As part of the team, you’ll also join our on-call rota (one week in four), earning from£350extra per week for handling urgent guest issues.
