Job summary

Trescal Limited in Stevenage is seeking an Account Manager to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and build lasting relationships.

You will be the escalation point for customers, work with the Business Development team on new opportunities, and handle quoting and pricing to support the commercial team. The role requires excellent communication and IT skills, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Ability to organise your time effectively and perform multi-tasks efficiently.
• Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to be based at our Stevenage site! If you are passionate about ensuring your clients receive the highest level of service and building long-lasting relationships this could be the role for you!, As an Account Manager, you will be the escalation point for your customers. You will build upon relationships with existing customers and work alongside the Business Development team on new opportunities. You will be responsible for both quoting and pricing, to assist the commercial team in pricing up potential opportunities.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite preferred, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and team-oriented Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy and demanding environment Ability to organise your time effectively and perform multi-tasks efficiently and in line with specific timelines Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays
