Job Description

Our Regional Customer Relationship Manager is looking to recruit a first-class Account Manager to join their high-performing team. You will manage 75-100 portfolios for customers spending approximately £1-£5K weekly with DPD, developing each account through proactive management and high-level sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop account plans to support revenue and contribution targets.
  2. Maintain and update information via SalesForce.
  3. Build multi-functional and multi-level relationships with customer organizations.
  4. Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities; maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  5. Visit and conduct exit surveys on lost customers; maintain regular contact.
  6. Coordinate with Regional Managers on new business opportunities.
  7. Resolve customer problems to ensure long-term retention.
  8. Visit existing customers to maintain revenue and contribution levels, including timely rate renewals.
About You

You should be passionate about delivering excellent service daily, with demonstrable experience in Account Management. You must engage effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone, possess excellent communication and influencing skills, and be adaptable to change. Good mathematical skills supporting pricing and costing are advantageous.

You should be capable of decisive decision-making in pressure environments, enjoy problem-solving, and demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and SalesForce is preferred. Core values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work, and Accountability should resonate with you. A full clean driving license and flexibility for travel and overnight stays are essential.
