Job summary

Spark Foundry UK is recruiting a Performance Account Manager to join our team and work across ASDA and George (Fashion). You will shape performance-driven media strategies, collaborate with planning, investment and digital media specialists, and deliver measurable business growth for two major retail brands.

You will build strong client relationships, guide campaigns from inception to delivery, and translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that drive results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in media planning or digital marketing in an agency or client-side environment.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels (paid social, search, affiliates, programmatic).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail across plans, reports, presentations and communications.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Confidence working collaboratively with clients, media specialists and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Similarweb.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day planning process, ensuring briefs, campaign plans and deliverables are accurate, aligned to objectives and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate performance media activity across specialist teams to support integrated digital campaigns that drive client growth.
  • Manage financial processes including billing and reconciliation, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Run client status meetings and reporting sessions, presenting performance updates in a clear and actionable way.
  • Support campaign analysis by working with channel specialists to identify insights, opportunities and recommendations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a valued point of contact for day-to-day performance activity.
  • Coach and support junior team members, helping them develop their skills, confidence and effectiveness.
