Job description

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but you can expect to:

  1. Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs and listening to tailor solutions.
  2. Demonstrate our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  3. Develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Manage your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce.

Your days will include activities such as:

  • Visiting sites and asking open questions to understand customer needs, then providing tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating innovative products and software on-site.
  • Building relationships with ‘focus’ customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Managing your sales area strategically and operationally, fully utilizing Salesforce CRM.
