Job summary

Inizio Medical is seeking an Account Manager to join the Nucleus Global team, with responsibility across London and Manchester. The role offers a diverse project load in publications and medical affairs, supported by an experienced team dedicated to quality and teamwork.

You will manage client relationships, deliver creative communications solutions, and drive strategic, proactive service while developing expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Nucleus Global team.

This is a dynamic and varied role offering the chance to work across a diverse range of projects across publications and medical affairs, within a supportive, established, and collaborative team. What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Deliver a variety of projects across multiple therapy areas.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• A BSc in life sciences (or equivalent experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment).
• Project management experience and confidence working on client-facing projects across fast-paced, evolving accounts.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budget creation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and a drive to continuously develop your expertise.
