  • Encourage client feedback to drive improvement, and present new initiatives to stakeholders when appropriate.

Workflows

  • Ensure a seamless client experience and drive timely project closure to boost productivity.
  • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives and monitor timelines to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
  • Lead project kick‑off and client calls, share scopes and MoMs promptly, and conduct debriefs to capture and implement learnings.
  • Maintain regular communication and take relevant actions with third parties that influence deliverables, such as congress secretariats.

Project status and governance

  • Lead project status meetings with accurate reporting to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Support governance reporting with the Account Director through monthly and quarterly reviews.

Organic Growth

  • Identify growth opportunities and support the Account Director with business forecasting.

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrates strong understanding of medical communications, has knowledge of client environments and market dynamics, and makes strategic decisions that drive value for both the company and its clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills by building rapport across diverse personalities, presenting facts objectively, owning mistakes, and solving problems with excellence.
  • Technology skills: Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Project), Adobe.
  • AI Adaptability: Shows an eagerness to learn and apply AI tools and technologies.
  • Travel: This role includes occasional travel to the client site in London, potentially once a month.
