Job summary

iNIZIO Medical, part of Inizio, is expanding its team with a Senior Medical Writer across multiple therapy areas. Opportunities exist across London, Manchester, Macclesfield and Glasgow, with hybrid or UK remote options.

Reporting to a Scientific Director, you will develop scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, delivering research and technical materials while ensuring accuracy, proper referencing, and adherence to briefs.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience working within a medical communications agency environment.
• Academic background in the life sciences (Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Doctor of Philosophy)

Responsibilities

• Research and develop technical materials, ensuring outputs follow the written brief and are accurate in content and editorial style, with proper references.
• Communicate with clients and KOLs on content development and attend scientific meetings.

We are looking for a Senior Medical Writer with opportunities across multiple therapy areas.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Medical Writer. It will provide a great career development opportunity with the support of a very experienced team.

Reporting to a Scientific Director, you will develop scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, supporting delivery for a versatile team. Core deliverable tasks include researching and developing technical materials, ensuring that a candidate or employee makes all outputs follow written brief, makes them accurate in content and editorial style, and references them. You will also communicate with clients and KOL on content development and attend scientific meetings.

To succeed you will have:

• Several years experience working within a medical communications agency environment.
• An academic background in the life sciences (Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Doctor of Philosophy)
