Account Manager
The Role:

You will be responsible for managing key estate management customers, ensuring contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand revenue within your portfolio. Requirements:
To be considered for the Account Manager role, you must have:
·Strong BMS project engineering experience or sales experience within commercial HVAC building services (essential).
·Excellent communication skills.
·Assertive and confident approach.
·Strong questioning and listening skills.
·Ambitious and career-focused mindset.
The Package for Account Manager:
·£70,000 – £75,000 basic salary.
·£10,000 bonus paid quarterly.
·All travel expenses covered.

Location:
Office-based in London 2 days per week, field-based customer site visits 2 days per week, and work from home 1 day per week. London
