Job summary

People & Process Solutions Ltd is seeking a Hospital Sales Account Manager to drive a Medical Equipment portfolio across the East of England (excluding London). The ideal territory includes Dartford and Chelmsford, with scope to Peterborough, Ipswich and Tonbridge.

You will meet ward managers, procurement and project teams, and manage a CRM-driven quote log to win NHS contracts in a fast-moving market. This role requires travel 3.5 days per week and strong hospital sales networking skills.

We are looking for a Hospital Sales Account Manager to sell a Medical Equipment portfolio in the East of England (Excluding London). The ideal location is Dartford, Chelmsford area but the territory covers Peterborough, Ipswich, Tonbridge type areas so applications out of the ideal area will be considered provided they are close. The manufacturer is a market leader in the NHS and well known. The products are very well recieved and recognised.

Responsibilities

• Working the Hospital Network on the territory, arranging meetings with Ward Managers, Procurement and Project Teams.
• Managing a Quote Log via the CRM system. The product is quite fast moving and multiple quotes can be generated per day on occassions.
• Selling both directly and via NHS Supply Chain contracts
• Catalogue dropping, networking and ward walking are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous hospital sales experience selling a physical product is required.
• Great personality who can network within a hospital
• Willingness and ability to travel 3.5 days per week
• A very strong CRM user. ie Pipeline management, quotes and call reports via CRM

Ideal Candidate

• Early to Mid stage Sales Professional with energy and hospital sales experience.

Package

• £45k base with possible small stretch for an outstanding background
• OTE of £10k at 100% which is uncapped. 110% would pay £15k
