We're Hiring – Join CARVE, a Design Agency Shaping the Commercial Property Industry

At CARVE, we're a creative agency that specialises in the commercial property sector — and we're growing. We're looking for an energetic, adaptable and professional Account Handler to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and managing client requests across a wide variety of projects — up to 50 accounts at a time, ranging from small branding jobs to large-scale campaigns
  • Working directly with our talented designers and directors to bring ideas to life
  • Handling multiple tasks at once while staying calm under pressure
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with clients — by phone, email, and in meetings
  • Representing CARVE both online and in person with professionalism and warmth

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong communicator who’s friendly, organised and self-motivated
  • Someone who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Comfortable juggling deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally, someone with their own transport (though it’s not a dealbreaker)
  • Experience in the design or commercial property sectors is a bonus — but not essential
