They are all hungry to grow further. We help them get noticed, expand their peer networks, build sales pipelines, and ultimately, win new clients.

About the job:

This role is an integral part of how we deliver value for our agency clients.

This isn't your standard business development gig. We don't use ‘spray and pray’ mindless mass email tactics. You aren’t calling aimlessly through huge data sheets, repeating the same elevator pitch ad nauseum.

Instead, our expert team of new business strategists develop highly bespoke growth strategies, backed by data and insights

You’ll be responsible for executing the plan for each of your clients. You’ll use research, content, thought-leadership and events; essentially drip-feeding relevant value-added assets to your brand-side target audience, via bespoke calls and digital channels.

It’s your job to both track the success of this outreach and help nurture individuals through every stage of the funnel: from early stage, marketing engaged prospects, right through to fully sales qualified leads.

Key responsibilities:

  • New business campaign execution: You’ll be the primary point of deployment for all new business outreach.
  • Proficiency in making outbound phone calls/cold calling and a willingness to engage with potential clients is a must, you’ll need strong verbal & written communications skills to pitch ideas and secure introductions
  • The ability to nurture long-term relationships and stay on top of your pipeline is key.

Account Management

  • Reporting - you’ll be responsible for four separate agency clients and will be expected to own the pipeline for each one: ensuring the Hubspot CRM system is fully accurate and up to date. You’ll also join weekly status calls with each client to discuss lessons, learnings and successes from each activity strand. You’ll also create carefully researched meeting packs for every opportunity you uncover.
  • Client facing: You’ll regularly spend time in each client’s office too, a great chance to get exposure to some of the brightest minds in marketing.

  • Attention to detail - you'll be representing your clients directly and it's vital we take them to market in a diligent and professional manner. There's no room for typos or spelling mistakes, diary clashes, or communication breakdowns.
  • Organisation - you’ll be juggling multiple tasks, client schedules and strategies every day and every week. We’re looking for people who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and can ‘crack on’ (with direction but without micromanagement).
